By accessing the Clipon CMS website, downloading the CMS, using the public demo, purchasing a license, or contacting us for support, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you use Clipon CMS on behalf of a company or client, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
Website, downloads, and demo
The website, downloads, demo, documentation, and related services are provided to help you evaluate, install, and use Clipon CMS. You may not misuse the website or demo, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload harmful content, or use the demo for production data.
The public demo may be reset, modified, limited, or removed at any time.
Core and Pro licensing
Clipon CMS Core may be offered as a free download under the license terms included with the software repository or package. Pro modules, commercial licenses, priority support, license verification, updates, and related paid features may require a separate paid license.
The launch offer for the first 100 users allows eligible users to buy a CMS license for $49 instead of the regular $99 price with promo code . This offer is limited, subject to availability, and may end once the first 100 licenses have been claimed.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your hosting environment, backups, security settings, admin accounts, file permissions, content, and legal notices.
- You are responsible for testing Clipon CMS before using it on a production website.
- You must not use Clipon CMS or related services in a way that violates laws, third-party rights, license terms, or acceptable security practices.
- You are responsible for maintaining your own privacy policy, cookie notice, consent flow, retention policy, and compliance obligations for websites you operate.
Payments and support
Paid licenses, Pro modules, support terms, update access, and refund eligibility may be described at purchase or in a separate written agreement. Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, support is provided on a commercially reasonable basis and does not guarantee custom development, emergency response, or compatibility with every hosting environment.
Intellectual property
Clipon CMS, its website, branding, documentation, design assets, Pro modules, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the software only under the applicable license terms. These terms do not transfer ownership of Clipon CMS trademarks, branding, website copy, Pro modules, or service materials.
Disclaimers
The website, downloads, demo, documentation, and services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that Clipon CMS will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every server, or suitable for every project.
You should keep backups and test updates before deploying changes to production websites.
Limitation of liability
